Trudeau Capitulates: Canada to Drop Vaccine Mandate at its Border | ZeroHedge.com

Perhaps in response to the threat of growing populist sentiment forging a political apparatus to challenge the iron-fisted grip of tin pot dictator Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, Canada has declared it will end its policy requiring travelers into the country to provide their vaccine passports. The program, dubbed ArriveCAN, long-required non-citizen visitors to the nation to provide their vaccine status.

On top of scrapping that requirement, the Canadian government will also no longer mandate that visitors must provide a negative test and self-report any potential symptoms of COVID-19 upon entry as well as the enforcement of previously existing quarantine protocols. The scope of the pivot in policy extends beyond air travel and also applies to visitors entering Canada by automobile or cruise ship. These changes will take effect on September 30th, when the cabinet order enforcing the requirements will expire. The Trudeau government attested to this by ensuring that it will not seek the order’s renewal.

The extent of the authoritarian dictate that Canada held on to for so long is adequately illustrated by the cessation of another measure implemented by the Public Health Agency of Canada. Previously, travelers were subject to health checks when aboard air and rail lines. That Gestapo-style tactic conveys the tyrannical state of post-COVID Canada, where everything from taxing the unvaccinated to limiting residents free ability to travel domestically was utilized at the hands of Trudeau’s government.

CDC no longer recommends universal masking in health facilities | TheHill.com

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention no longer recommends universal masking in health care settings, unless the facilities are in areas of high COVID-19 transmission.

The agency quietly issued the updates as part of an overhaul to its infection control guidance for health workers published late Friday afternoon. It marks a major departure from the agency’s previous recommendation for universal masking.

“Updates were made to reflect the high levels of vaccine-and infection-induced immunity and the availability of effective treatments and prevention tools,” the CDC’s new guidance says.

Now, the CDC says facilities in regions without high transmission can “choose not to require” all doctors, patients, and visitors to mask. Transmission is different from the community levels CDC uses to guide non-health care settings.

Community transmission refers to measures of the presence and spread of SARS-CoV-2, CDC said.

“It is the metric currently recommended to guide select practices in healthcare settings to allow for earlier intervention, before there is strain on the healthcare system and to better protect the individuals seeking care in these settings,” CDC said.

Right now, about 73 percent of the US is experiencing “high”rates of transmission.

The vegan ideals of mercy and justice for animals have been articulated for centuries, often from within the religious establishment, and it is fascinating and instructive to see how these voices have been almost completely silenced or marginalized by the herding culture. It seems to be an unconscious reflex action. For example, if we read Jesus’ teachings, we find a passionate exhortation to mercy and love, yet the possibility that the historical Jesus may have been a vegan is a radical idea for most Christians.

For the life of me I cannot understand people who don’t respect Tucker Carlson.

Sure, like any of us he’s wrong from time to time. But he says things nobody else will say, and he’ll resist the entire establishment, including Conservatism, Inc., without batting an eye.

One of many ways you know progressives are phonies is that they should be saying of Carlson: he’s awful on so much, but excellent on the military-industrial complex. But since progressives have evidently made their peace with the military-industrial complex, or don’t consider it all that important, they never in fact say this.

Carlson just did a segment on the Covid shots and myocarditis in children. He said that in some people who received the shots, there “appears to be serious heart damage far more than the experts thought would occur.”

He went on:

“The Lancet just surveyed young people ages 12 to 29 who suffered from myocarditis heart damage after taking the COVID shot. According to The Lancet, 90 days after myocarditis symptoms emerged, roughly 26% of young people surveyed still needed daily medication because their hearts were so damaged, 20% said they had problems with their daily activities, 30% said they experienced pain. How will they be at age 60? You wonder. And of course, you know the answer.”

Carlson then showed an ad by New York Presbyterian Hospital making it seem as if myocarditis in children is just a normal thing that happens. The voiceover in the ad is that of a young girl, and says:

“I’ve been into fashion since I can remember. But one day I had a stomachache so bad I didn’t want to do anything. The team at New York Presbyterian said it was actually my heart. It was severely swollen, something called myocarditis. But doctors gave me medicines and used machines to control my heartbeat. They saved me. So now I can become the next great fashion designer.”

Tucker’s response to this bizarre ad:

“Severe heart damage in otherwise healthy children. Oh, yeah, we’ve always had that! No, we haven’t, actually.
