As a final test, the University of Southern California appointed a Special Medical Research Committee to bring terminal cancer patients from Pasadena County Hospital to a San Diego lab and clinic for treatment. The team included doctors and pathologists assigned to examine cadavers and any patients still alive in 90 days.
After 90 days, the Committee found that 86.5% of the patients had been cured. The treatment was then adjusted, and the remaining patients also responded within four weeks. The total recovery rate was 100%.

In a groundbreaking decision filed Jan. 13, 2021, NYS Judge Gerard Neri held that the COVID-19 vaccine mandate for healthcare workers is now “null, void, and of no effect.” The court held that the NYS Dept. of Health lacked the authority to impose such a mandate as this power is reserved to the state legislature. Furthermore, the court found that the mandate was “arbitrary and capricious” as COVID-19 vaccines do not stop transmission, vitiating any rational basis for a mandate.
Children’s Health Defense (CHD) financed this lawsuit on behalf of Medical Professionals for Informed Consent and several individual healthcare workers. Sujata Gibson, lead attorney, said, “This is a huge win for New York healthcare workers, who have been deprived of their livelihoods for more than a year. This is also a huge win for all New Yorkers, who are facing dangerous and unprecedented healthcare worker shortages throughout New York State.”
CHD President Mary Holland stated, “We are thrilled by this critical win against a COVID vaccine mandate, correctly finding that any such mandate at this stage, given current knowledge is arbitrary. We hope that this decision will continue the trend towards lifting these dangerous and unwarranted vaccine mandates throughout the country.”

Perhaps in response to the threat of growing populist sentiment forging a political apparatus to challenge the iron-fisted grip of tin pot dictator Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, Canada has declared it will end its policy requiring travelers into the country to provide their vaccine passports. The program, dubbed ArriveCAN, long-required non-citizen visitors to the nation to provide their vaccine status.
On top of scrapping that requirement, the Canadian government will also no longer mandate that visitors must provide a negative test and self-report any potential symptoms of COVID-19 upon entry as well as the enforcement of previously existing quarantine protocols. The scope of the pivot in policy extends beyond air travel and also applies to visitors entering Canada by automobile or cruise ship. These changes will take effect on September 30th, when the cabinet order enforcing the requirements will expire. The Trudeau government attested to this by ensuring that it will not seek the order’s renewal.
The extent of the authoritarian dictate that Canada held on to for so long is adequately illustrated by the cessation of another measure implemented by the Public Health Agency of Canada. Previously, travelers were subject to health checks when aboard air and rail lines. That Gestapo-style tactic conveys the tyrannical state of post-COVID Canada, where everything from taxing the unvaccinated to limiting residents free ability to travel domestically was utilized at the hands of Trudeau’s government.
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention no longer recommends universal masking in health care settings, unless the facilities are in areas of high COVID-19 transmission.
The agency quietly issued the updates as part of an overhaul to its infection control guidance for health workers published late Friday afternoon. It marks a major departure from the agency’s previous recommendation for universal masking.
“Updates were made to reflect the high levels of vaccine-and infection-induced immunity and the availability of effective treatments and prevention tools,” the CDC’s new guidance says.
Now, the CDC says facilities in regions without high transmission can “choose not to require” all doctors, patients, and visitors to mask. Transmission is different from the community levels CDC uses to guide non-health care settings.
Community transmission refers to measures of the presence and spread of SARS-CoV-2, CDC said.
“It is the metric currently recommended to guide select practices in healthcare settings to allow for earlier intervention, before there is strain on the healthcare system and to better protect the individuals seeking care in these settings,” CDC said.
Right now, about 73 percent of the US is experiencing “high”rates of transmission.
